Silke Brunner

Silke helps you to feel at one with the element water, to improve your technique and to improve the set to achieve goals. She lives out her enthusiasm for yoga in the Spirit Studio and guides the participants* to inner peace with relaxation techniques and meditation. Silke is also studying psychology and finds it exciting how mental training can improve the can influence performance.
